Simply request a consultation and/or Website Analysis. We’ll discuss your business model, customer base, current marketing strategy and existing advertising program. Additionally, we’ll listen to your specific goals, including budget and timeline constraints, in order to gain insight for what type of solution best suits your company.

WMP will then develop a custom program and price quote for your approval. Once you’ve approved the quote and provided us with deposit monies, we will go to work on your behalf.

What is required for a deposit on my advertising?

Generally for things like building a website the deposits are 50% of the total cost; the balance of funds are due on completion of work.

You will be able to preview your website on a special link, and it will be made to go LIVE once full payment has been received.

When are funds due for monthly advertising costs?

It all depends on what day you start with us; that will be your monthly start date.

Monthly funds are due 5 days before the start of the billing period.

For example:

If your advertising commences on the 15^th of the month, your funds are due in full by the 10^th of the month. Your monthly fees will continue on this schedule.
If your advertising commences on the 1^st of the month, your funds are due in full 5 days prior to that date. Your monthly fees will continue on this schedule.

What happens if in the case of a dispute?

How do protect my privacy?

Cancellations: what happens if I want to cancel?

When you become a client of ours, you make a promise to stay with us for a minimum of 6 months. After that, you may cancel at any time by giving us 30 days’ written notice.

It is important that you provide us with a full 30 days’ written notice outlining you intent to cancel your marketing with us because we are constantly working ahead on & planning your advertising by at least a month in the future, and that results in an outlay of money & resources by us.

Once your account is in good standing, you will be able to take possession of your domain (website) with all content intact. If you had domain hosting provided by us, then you will be responsible to pay any and all reasonable costs to transfer the domain from our servers to your own server and domain hosting. Those costs need to be paid in advance of any transfer of domain back to you. Note that before any transfer of domain and content occurs, your account must be brought to a current state with no monies owning to Conasia Global Internet Inc. Furthermore, a cancellation agreement must be signed and submitted to the company releasing Conasia Global Internet and/or any of its subsidiaries of all further obligations relative to your marketing and/or domain hosting.

Contract: do I have to sign one?

Yes. It’s good for you and for us too. Signed agreements leave no room for uncertainty.

Keywords: Can we change our targeted keywords after a period of time?

Yes you can. Talk to us for more information on that. We’ll give you the details and pricing.

Logos: can we use our existing logo on our new website?

Yes, you likely can, but you want to make it congruent and blend in with the final website theme you select. Be sure to speak to us about that because we’ll have to take that into consideration.

If we can use it, be sure you have any and all camera ready artwork available that came along with your logo. We will require the necessary files from you if you wish us to work with an existing logo. Please also include your existing logo on a transparent background, and give us copies in the following formats if they are available:

Marketing: will you work with my nephew, or a 3rd party I select for my marketing?

Thank you for asking, but the answer is “no” to your nephew (and any other 3rd party), unless they have a specialty and demonstrate that they have proven experience with something such as site design. And by saying YES, we mean that they can have input only in the course of your marketing. Of course, we must agree to work with them.

In the event you wish us to work with another advertising agency, you will need to discuss that with us. We’re not saying NO, but neither you nor we want anything that constrains our marketing ability to generate results for your business. Neither do we want to encounter anything that adversely affects the organic SEO or other off-page or on-page strategies and optimization strategies for your website.

It’s really difficult to have two entities looking after the organic SEO that we are committing to for your business. We’re always open to sitting down and discussing client concerns with 3^rd parties, but if we feel that it would impede our ability to execute effective marketing on your behalf, we would sooner walk away than deal with the headache of a botched marketing campaign.

Our preference is to work with one key person: either you yourself, or a person whom you designate as your marketing spokesperson who has the authority to make decisions on your behalf.

Payment methods: what do you accept?

Acceptable forms of payment are check/cheque, certified check/cheque, money order and bank wire.

For add-on work that we do to any package (amounts under $300), we will accept PayPal or any credit card that you have that is accepted by PayPal.

Our bank wire information is available to you upon request. You simply have to provide it to your bank and they will set up your payment and monthly fees for you. You may cancel at any time.

All monies must be received and clear the bank prior to the start of any work being done. Therefore, you need to have your wire payments set up at least 5 business days before the start of the next billing cycle.

Pricing: can we negotiate prices?

No. However, if you commit to large amounts of work, we are prepared to offer breaks on our fees after we have passed a certain threshold. We can discuss those thresholds with you, but we don’t want to find ourselves in a situation where a client commits to a certain volume of work and then, for whatever reason, changes their mind. Our pricing policy is WIN-WIN. We’ll consider a discount once you have passed a certain threshold. Note that our services are extremely well priced considering the expertise and work you get for your marketing dollar. Any other agency with a marketing team close to our skills and abilities (if you could find them) would be hard pressed to match our pricing.

Refunds: do you offer them?

No. You may cancel at any time, but there are no refunds given for any work that we have started or completed for you.

In the unlikely event that an error or mistake has been made on our part we will make good on that by redoing the work.

Results: how fast will I see them?

Ideally, you will start to see measurable results after 4 months, and by 6 months you will start to experience the impact of the marketing benefits of your advertising with us.

Furthermore, the first 30 days are generally a setup stage where we get everything ready for you. For example: building or rebuilding a website. Plus, the speed at which we do things is determined by how fast you get back to us with your edits & final approvals. Furthermore, each time you request a change takes time.

Our goal is to generate the best rankings possible in the organic search engine results as quickly as possible.

Keep in mind that it takes time to build content online. Also keep in mind that the search engines frown upon content spamming. In other words, if you had a blog, you wouldn’t be able to release 100 pages of content on that blog and expect to have it rank #1 tomorrow or even the next day.

The search engines look for unique, relevant, quality content to be released on a consistent basis. They’re interested in marketing that is done ‘naturally’ and marketing that is driven by what consumers want – not content spamming from someone who is only interested in promoting a website.

Search engines reward you (the website owner) when you can demonstrate that your website is authentically popular with the folks who search on their search engine for solutions to the problems, challenges and issues they have.

Search engines are able to determine how popular you are when they consistently see people linking to you, or bookmarking your site, or clicking on links from authoritative content that directs people to your site, etc. That scenario cannot happen and will not happen simply because you choose to release a ton of content overnight – because it is unnatural in the eyes of the search engines.

Results: what kinds of results to you guarantee?

We absolutely guarantee that you will get traffic and the highest search engine rankings possible, and we believe that we can help you get better marketing results than anyone else.

Having said that, understand that anyone who makes a blanket guarantee that you will achieve the #1 search engine ranking within a few months for absolutely any or every keyword phrase is both a liar and a fraud. That kind of stuff is not ethical and it is fraudulent on the part of the person making those claims. Any bona-fide advertising agency in the marketing space knows this.

If you think rationally about it, the reasons why are obvious: some markets are far more competitive than others. Conversely, some markets are far less competitive than others.

For example, if you were competing for the keyword camera, the likelihood of you achieving a #1 Spot on Google in the next 2-3 months is next to non-existent unless your domain is an older one that has been indexed and optimized for that keyword for a number of years + you will need to have a huge amount of relevant off page content that has been properly and sequentially optimized and released online on a consistent basis.

Could you get there in time? Yes, with the right marketing commitment and some savvy marketing. But it will not happen overnight, nor even within a 2-3 month period in an extremely competitive niche.
